Reservations & Information

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes! Due to recent changes in security measures, NO passenger will be permitted to board any shuttle without an advance prepaid reservation

Note: Passengers who come to a station without a reservation will be denied boarding and will be instructed to either purchase a ticket on-line or by calling the reservations center. Payments are not accepted at any station location or on-board the bus for safety and security purposes.

We do not accept cash under any circumstances at Station Locations or onboard any shuttle. We do accept cash at our Ticket Office located at 1004 North Hoagland Blvd in Kissimmee, Florida.

We ONLY accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Visa Check Debit Cards and MasterCard Check Debit Cards

When should I book my reservation?

Fares increase the closer to departure and as seats is sold. To obtain the best possible fare, you will want to book as far in advance as possible. We accept reservations up to one year in advance.

Please be advised that most of our shuttles are completely sold out on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. If you plan on traveling during the weekend, we suggest booking more than 2 days in advance.

Do I have to confirm my reservation?

If you are traveling station to station, you do not need to confirm your reservation. If you have a door pick up or door drop off, you do need to confirm your reservation. The reason for this is for us to provide you with your Driver's Name and direct Cell Phone Number. You can confirm your trip up to 24 hours in advance. Simply send an e-mail to dispatch @ TheFloridaExpressBus.com and provide us with your Confirmation Number. You can also confirm your trip by phone by calling 888-872-9992 Option 3 or Call us at 407-442-2810 Option 3.

What if I don't have a cell phone?

We ask that our customers provide us with contact information for the day of travel. If you are traveling station to station, a phone number is not required. If you have scheduled a door pick up or a door drop off, we do need a way to communicate with you.

If you do not have a cell phone number, we require that you contact our Dispatch Desk the day before your travel to reconfirm your trip and obtain the driver information necessary.

As a reminder, we are unable to dial telephone numbers outside of the USA. If you have a cell phone number based outside of the United States, we will ask that you call our Dispatch Desk.
