In order to keep our fares as low as possible, we have a very strict no refund policy on all tickets. In order to be 100% fair and unbias, this policy is extended to ALL passengers without any exceptions whatsoever.

You can cancel your ticket, however, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will not be able to use your ticket to travel at another time.

 

>>>  Can I Change My Ticket To Another Time or Day?  <<<

No, once a ticket is purchased it is confirmed for the trip that appears on your Ticket & Confirmation only. No changes may be made.

 

>>>  I Have An Emergency, Can I Get A Refund?  <<<

While we are deeply sympathetic to emergency situations, our policy of No Refunds is extended to all passengers without exception.

While we are deeply sympathetic to emergency situations, our policy of No Changes is extended to all passengers without exception. 

 

>>>  The Shuttle Was Late, Do I get a Refund?  <<<

No Refunds or Compensation will be extended for late shuttles. We do not make any guarantee of on-time departures or arrivals. Delays Happen! We believe in blatant honesty and the fact of the matter is, we have absolutely no control over delays. We never intend to be late for a pick up. That said, we have a BETTER than 95% on-time departure record, however, when delays happen, they affect everyone. It is always our intent to have an on-time departure, but if your trip is delayed, please know that we are doing everything we can to look for alternative routes to get our shuttles back on track. Just like with the airlines, there are no refunds or compensation for delayed departures and arrivals.

If you miss the shuttle you booked for, you will be considered a "No-Show". You will not be eligible for a refund. We require all passengers to be at the station 20 minutes prior to departure. We require all passengers with a door pick up to confirm their trip the day before. You will need to rebook and pay for another ticket.

If you miss the shuttle you booked for, you will be considered a "No-Show". You will not be eligible any change to your ticket.
