As part of our premium service, we offer Door Pick Up and Door Drop Off Service on select trips in many of our cities and we're doing it better than ever because we have a brand new way of offering Door Pick Up and Door Drop Off Service!

What is Door Pick Up & Drop Off Service?

Door Pick Up and Door Drop Off are options we offer as an alternative to our Station Locations. For an additional fee, we will pick you up and drop you off at your Home or Hotel.

How does Door Pick Up Service Work?

The first thing you'll need to do is to book a ticket through our automated ticketing system. This is very easy, all you need to do is follow these steps:

Start By Opening Our Online Ticketing System
Choose your desired departure city from the drop down menu, then select your arrival city.
Select your desired trip - all of the information and fares will be right there for you to view.
Complete the Reservation Form, Click Submit and you're all Confirmed! - No printing is required!

After you book your ticket, you will see an option to ADD ON your Door Pick Up and/or your Door Drop Off Service. It's THAT simple! We do have some restrictions on where we pick up and drop off. Use the drop down menu below to determine where we pick up and drop off in your desired locations!

If you do not see the option in your confirmation to add a Door Pick Up or Door Drop Off, that means it is not available on the trip / city you've selected.

Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood

We offer Door Pick Up and Drop Off Service in Fort Lauderdale on select trips.

Our service area includes all areas East of The Florida Turnpike to the Beach. Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades Cruise Terminal is also included.

We pick up at all Convention Center areas, Universal and SeaWorld area hotels and the Gaylord Palms Resort. Also included is all of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels & surrounding areas
We pick up at UCF for an additional fee of $25. To book this service, book any trip departing from one of our Orlando Station Locations and then follow the instructions on your confirmation to add the UCF Service.
