In an effort to keep our fares as low as possible, we must also keep our costs as low as possible.
We conducted a very comprehensive case study whereby we recorded the reason for all calls in a 12 month period. We found 97% of the phone calls we received were to ask questions that were found easily on our website. Commonly, the questions asked by phone were to "confirm" the information on our website.
Our website is constantly update to ensure nothing but 100% accurate information and you can rest assured that the information you are reading is the most up-to-date.

Once you place your reservation, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Once you receive your confirmation, you will be provided with your assigned Dispatch Telephone Number. If you have any questions about your trip, you can simply call your Dispatcher.
