reservation is made. We accept Visa,
MasterCard and Discover. We do not
accept Checks or Cash. Fares are
only guaranteed once a reservation
is made. Fares published on our
website are subject to change
without notice. We recommend that
you book your transportation
immediately after you book your
Cruise and Flight. Please note that
On-Line Fares are just that, they
are only available for On-Line
Bookings. Our Customer Service
Representatives do not have the
ability to Book Discounted Fares by

Question: I have 11 to 14
passengers, how will you accommodate our
luggage?
Answer:
For all
passenger bookings between 11 and 14, we use a
14 passenger van with a luggage trailer that can
easily accommodate up to 30 large suitcases.
Question: How will I find Ambiance
Transportation At Orlando Airport once I arrive?
Answer: We provide you with complimentary Meet &
Greet Service! A uniformed Ambiance
Transportation Employee will meet you at the
bottom of the escalator of Baggage Claim to
assist you with your luggage and take you
directly to your shuttle!
Question: Why isn't Driver Gratuity Included In
Ambiance Transportation's Fares?
Answer: We believe gratuity should be based on
the satisfaction of service, not a predetermined
amount. If a driver has already received a
predetermined gratuity, they're less likely to
go the extra mile that our customers come to
expect from us.
Question: Does Ambiance Transportation charge
any additional fees not listed in the fare?
Answer: Absolutely Not! Everything
(except the Temporary 5% Fuel Surcharge) is included
in our fares. We never charge for tolls,
"service fees", or any tax. The fares you see
are the fares you pay. We STRONGLY encourage you
to read the Terms and Conditions of other
transportation companies!
Question: Does Ambiance
Transportation offer Child Restraint Seats?
Answer: Yes we do and at no
additional charge. Once you receive your
confirmation via e-mail, simply click "Reply"
and inform us that you'd like to request a Child
Restraint Seat.
Question: Will the driver make a
stop if we need to use the restroom or stop at a
Pharmacy or Grocery Store?
Answer: Yes, the driver will make
a very brief stop at your request. Please limit
grocery stops to 15 to 20 minutes.
