Frequently Asked Questions About Bus Travel
Between Orlando and Miami
Question: How far in advance should I
make a reservation?
Answer:
We suggest making your reservation as far in
advance as possible. Our most popular travel
days are Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and
Mondays. We sell out more than 90% of the time.
Also, waiting until Friday morning to book a
trip for a Friday afternoon is not a good idea

the weekend. PLEASE BOOK EARLY!
Question: How do On-Line Reservations
Work?
Answer:
On-Line Reservations are safe and sent through
our Secured Network. (Note: When you click the
"Reserve Now" link, a new window will open and
you'll see the "secured lock" on the upper right
side of the webpage indicating that your
information is being submitted through our
security certificate) Once we receive the
reservation request, we verify seats are
available and once this is completed, your
credit card is processed and a Confirmation
Number is sent to you. All On-Line Reservation
Requests are processed 7 Days a week from 9AM to
9PM. Reservations received after hours are
processed first thing the next morning. A
reservation made on-line is ONLY guaranteed
after you receive your confirmation number. A
