There is something about being in Florida and eating Fruit. Possibly, some of the best fruit in the world comes from right here in Central Florida. Orlando has become famous for it's Fruit Stands. While they were far more popular back in the 70's and 80's, there are still some around today.

If you have the ability to stop at a grocery store on your way to your hotel, or venture out in the area near to your hotel, try to find one of these famous fruit stands. (Ask your Hotel's Front Desk Clerk or Concierge where the closest one to you is.) If there isn't any, try a local grocery store like Publix or Winn-Dixie.

It is a nice treat to sit down in one of the Theme Park's viewing areas and enjoy a bottle of water and a fresh piece of fruit. Some fruit is better than others. The best Florida is known for are:
