Q. How Do I Get My Theme Park Tickets?
A. The Bus Driver will give you an envelope upon
boarding or upon arrival into Orlando. In that envelope, you will have your
Disney Tickets and your Hotel Confirmation for
check-in.
Q. Is there a minimum booking requirement?
A. There is no minimum requirement for Day Trips,
however, any package requiring a Hotel Room will
require a minimum of TWO Adults. One Adult and One
Child will be charged for the price of TWO Adults. A
Child is anyone who has not yet reached their 10th
Birthday.
Q. What Hotel Will We Be Booked Into?
A. We are affiliated with three different hotels all
within 3 to 5 minutes drive time from the Walt
Disney World Resort. We have agreements with each
hotel for based on their availability.
(Americas Best Value Inn, Travelodge and Holiday
Inn)
Q. What is the maximum amount of people I can have
in my Hotel Room?
A. All of our hotels will allow up to 4 Adults and 2
Children to stay in one room. Roll-away Beds are
available and can be requested at the front desk.
Q. Is Breakfast Included at the hotel?
A. Yes! A Complimentary continental breakfast is
included in your fare for multiple day trips, not 1
day trips.
Q. Does Ambiance Transportation offer a Guarantee?
A. Yes! You are guaranteed transportation to
Orlando, to and from Disney to your hotel, Theme
Park admission tickets for the Disney Theme Park of
your choice, and return transportation from Orlando
upon the completion of your trip. If you're in
Orlando for a Multiple Day Package, you are
guaranteed Hotel Accommodations as a part of your
package for each night you are in Orlando.
Q. What if the weather is bad in Orlando?
A. The weather is quite unpredictable and
unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or
rain checks.
Q. What if I need to cancel my vacation package?
A. All of our Vacation Packages are non-refundable
and non-changeable.

Departs 04:40AM From Miami
(Hialeah) located at the Ramada 1950 West 49th Street and we pick up & drop
off in front of the hotel.
Departs 04:55AM From Miami (Kendall) located at the Marriott 9090 South
Dadeland Boulevard and we pick up & drop off in front of the hotel.
Departs 05:10AM From Miami (Airport Area) located at the Regency 1000
Northwest 42nd Avenue and we pick up & drop off in front of the hotel.
Departs 05:30AM From Miami (Downtown) located at the Holiday Inn 340
Biscayne Boulevard We pick up & drop off in front of the hotel.
Departs 06:00AM From Miami Beach (Hotels) pick up and drop off at all
Hotels on Collins Avenue on Miami Beach from 6th Street to 192nd Street on
Collins Avenue only for an additional fee of $10.00 Per Person.
Departs 07:00AM From Fort Lauderdale located in front of the Denny's
Restaurant Parking Lot just off if I-95 & Sheridan Street in Hollywood
Departs 07:15AM From Pompano Beach is located at Mile Marker #65 on the
Florida Turnpike
Departs 08:00AM From West Palm Beach is located at Mile Marker #94 on the

provides daily bus transportation and door to door van service between Orlando,
Miami and Fort Lauderdale seven days a week Booking with us is easy! Find your

reservations up to 1 year in advance and we accept reservations up to 4 Hours
prior to departure time.
We offer two different types of transportation shuttles
between Orlando and Miami. They are Station to Station and Door to Door. Station
to Station busses are point to point. They are specific locations. Door to Door
Service picks up and drops off at locations YOU specify when making your
reservation. Express service from Miami Airport to Orlando and is non-stop.
