Q. Why doesn't Ambiance Transportation Accept Cash
On-Board?
A. We are very proud of the fact that we offer a
Guarantee on our service. A Credit Card is charged
at the time of reservation and it entitles you to a
100% Money Back Guarantee that your driver WILL be
waiting for you when it's your time for
transportation. Should a transportation company tell
you that they are "Cash Only", you have no recourse
if your driver is a "no-show". With Ambiance
Transportation, you have our Guarantee as well as
the personal protection from your Credit Card
Company.
Q. What are the business hours of Ambiance
Transportation?
A. We are staffed 24 Hours a day. Our drivers are
always able to contact Operations anytime there is a
vehicle on the road. Our Sales Staff are on-duty 7
Days a week from 9AM to 9PM East Coast Time.
Q. What Is Ambiance Transportation's policy if I
need to cancel my reservation?
A. We offer a full refund for trips cancelled
thirty-one (31) days prior to the date of service.
Cancellations made after the thirty-one day period
are subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

days 30% cancellation fee

days 50% cancellation fee

Q. Does Ambiance Transportation offer discounts for
round-trip or multiple bookings?
A. Our rates are the lowest possible available and
because of that, we do not offer any additional
discounts for Round-Trip Bookings. There may be
occasions where a Multiple-Segment of three trips or
more may be discounted. We encourage you to
Submit a Quote Request
for determination. Ambiance Transportation may be
able to offer Competitor Price Matching.
Q. How will we communicate our location to our
Driver at Pick Up Time?
A. Our drivers will call the cell phone number you
provide us approximately 30-45 minutes prior to your
scheduled pick up time. In addition, the night
before your scheduled departure, your Designated
Charter Sales Representative will e-mail and call
you to provide your driver's name and cell phone
number, in addition, you will be provided with our
24 Hour Dispatch number.
Q. Does Ambiance Transportation offer Meet & Greet
Services At Orlando or Sanford Airport?
A. Because our drivers communicate with you via cell
phone, it isn't normally necessary for a Meet &
Greet Staff to meet you at the airport. Generally,
if you follow signs from Baggage Claim to "GROUND
TRANSPORTATION", it is very easy to locate your
driver and vehicle. If your group requires a Meet &
Greet Representative, we will gladly supply you with
a Uniformed Staff Member for an additional fee. The
fee ranges from $50.00 to $100.00 depending on the
size of your group.
Q. Why isn't Ambiance Transportation a member of the
American Bus Association?
A. We believe that our reputation speaks for itself
and saves costs by not joining affiliations. This
savings is passed down to our clients. Providing
quality service at the best possible price is more
important to us!
Q. Does Ambiance Transportation allow inspections of
the Fleet prior to entering into an agreement?
A. We will gladly try to accommodate a client's
request to inspect our fleet, however, in most
cases, our fleet is on the road servicing other
clients. It may be necessary to set up an inspection
during routine maintenance hours in the middle of
the night. We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause. Maintenance is performed between 11PM and
5AM.
Q. Does Ambiance Transportation have any A.D.A.
Compliant Vehicles in it's fleet?
A. At present, Ambiance Transportation does not
offer any vehicles with Wheelchair Lifts, however,
we have partnered with Wheelchair Get-a-ways, an
A.D.A. Van Rental Company located in Orlando, FL. We
will gladly lease an A.D.A. Van for you and provide
full services.
Q. How is Driver Gratuity Paid?
A. We suggest the standard 20% Gratuity be paid
directly to your driver at the end of the trip.
Driver gratuity is not included in your fare, but,
it is custom to tip drivers, luggage handlers, and
service staff members.
Q. Does Ambiance Transportation own all of the
vehicles in it's fleet?
A. Not all, no. Some of our fleet is sub-leased
through a partner transportation company. All terms
and conditions set forth by Ambiance Transportation
is the same regardless of which equipment you are
on, including our guarantee.
